Introducing: Harry McNeil

Position within Road Traffic Solutions: Supervising Manager for the Mildenhall & Birmingham Depots
Length of time with Road Traffic Solutions: 4.5 years
What do you do on a day-to-day basis within your job?
I ensure that both of my teams deliver an excellent service to our customers by ensuring they follow all safety and service guidelines. I also look after all aspect of health and safety within my depots and ensure that this is also communicated and understood by my teams. I have also lead a number of significant projects during my time with the company which was extremely rewarding for me.
What do you like about working in Traffic/Event Management?
The diversity! Every day is different, it’s a role that you can take ownership of, to watch a project coming together that you have worked on for a long time is a great feeling.
What do you like about working at Road Traffic Solutions?
The progression opportunities that have been given to me. I started as a trainee back in 2016 and less than 5 years later I am running 2 depots within the company. My hard work and efforts have always been recognised by management.
What are the values that drive you?
Success, Hard work, Reliability and always being 100 percent transparent.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?
Spending time with my wife & riding my Harley.
