People are a large part of what we do here at Road Traffic Solutions. Through 2020 we wanted to take the time to introduce some of them to you in, what has become, a regular Meet The Team series.

Introducing: Lauren Christmas

Nickname: Loz

Position within Road Traffic Solutions: Credit Controller

Length of time with Road Traffic Solutions: 5 Years 4 Months

What do you do on a day-to-day basis within your job?

My main responsibility is to look after the debtors, however whilst working for Road Traffic Solutions I’ve taken on a number of roles including the purchase position alongside my own job role.

What are the values that drive you?

I’ve always said as long as you’re honest you can’t go far wrong and working to deadlines is a must for me.

How has your time at RTS been impacted by Coronavirus and the lockdown?

It’s difficult, but you have to make it work. Whilst having a toddler running around too it’s challenging to say the least!

What is your favourite quote?

‘A dream is a wish your heart makes’ – Cinderella. I’m a sucker for Disney.

What is your favourite song, film or book and why?

My music taste is very broad so I’ve always got something to listen to depending on my mood, whether that’s a bit of Motown or Clubland Classics! The same with films, I’ll watch most things as long as it has an interesting story line.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?

Taking my little boy on adventures and spending time with my friends and family…boring answer, I know but true!

Give a fact about yourself nobody else knows:

I used to be a dancer until I suffered an injury to my knee. I still miss it to this day.
