With a huge amount of experience within the recruitment industry, Marco spends his time adding people of real value to the business. It is important for our team that anyone joining the business really feel and want to represent our key values.

Marco is responsible both for recruiting our full time members of staff, and for organising the temporary and part time staff to that make up our operative teams for some of the UK’s most prestigious road closure events.

We frequently scale up operationally by over 100 operative and 200 traffic marshals. Marco is instrumental in this, and ensures that we continue to offer market leading delivery without compromising on quality.

Becky Ford – Office Manager – Employment Length 10 years

Becky started with Road Traffic Solutions in 2010 as an apprentice. We were based in our offices at Winterton Road where her main duties were to schedule jobs to operatives, as well as administering the National Grid contract which was, at the time, our main customer.

Since starting with the business Becky has gone from strength to strength, moving into a number of roles to assist the business. A few years after moving to finance to assist the team as we grew, Becky took charge of the finance team.

More recently, Becky moved to assist in the running of the planning team alongside the finance team, before moving full time to planning and now, finally, taking charge of the office more generally. She knows business inside-out, and will do anything to help the business and team.

“I think Road Traffic Solutions is a great place to be. I love coming to work in the morning and the people I work with. There are times when all roles within the business are quite stressful and more jobs are quite demanding but I have always believed in getting stuck in when things aren’t quite going right whilst keeping true to ‘what you put in is what you get out’. It has always served me and many others well.”
