BUKO Traffic & Safety acquire Road Traffic Solutions Ltd
“The acquisition of Road Traffic Solutions Ltd by BUKO Traffic & Safety marks the end of a very special 20 years of family ownership. The Dexter family have been phenomenal stewards of the business, and we are extremely thankful for all they have done.

With headquarters in Barendrecht, the Netherlands, BUKO Traffic & Safety employs more than 400 people and successfully oversees several thousand projects annually. BUKO Traffic & Safety is a leading provider of outsourced traffic and safety management solutions in the Netherlands and consists of two business units:
– BUKO Infrasupport, a specialist in end-to-end outsourced temporary traffic management solutions to contractors, event organisers and public authorities
– BUKO Waakt, a provider of temporary remote security solutions that include camera surveillance, intrusion detection systems and access control systems for construction sites.
