Committed and passionate, with real flair for delivering a top job, we work hard to ensure high customer satisfaction. Our leadership team has wide sector experience, bringing a diverse & complementary skill set to lead our business forward. We apply our experience to driving growth as well as establishing our reputation as one of the UK’s leading traffic, site and event management businesses.

RICHARD GREEN

Managing Director

Richard became Managing Director of RTS in April 2019, bringing over 20 years of board-level experience. Before joining RTS, he oversaw operational delivery for one of the UK’s largest security service providers.

With a proven track record of successfully managing businesses through periods of rapid growth, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

CHRIS HOLT

Financial Director

Chris joined RTS in March 2023, bringing valuable experience from both practice accountancy and board-level roles across industries such as manufacturing and financial services.

As a member of the senior leadership team, he offers a balanced approach to commercial decision-making.

EMILY ADDY

Customer Service Director

Emily is the Customer Service Director at Road Traffic Solutions, with over 10 years of expertise in customer operations, contact centre management, and business strategy.

She specialises in implementing strategic initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction, optimise operations, and drive organisational growth.

NICK O'MAHONY

Operations Director

Nick is an operations and supply chain expert with 23 years of experience across diverse categories. Skilled in both static and agile operations, he is a proven change agent known for his strategic, collaborative approach to managing and delivering transformation.

Nick excels at balancing long-term goals with exceptional day-to-day performance, and he is passionate about employee engagement and people development.

MERYL DENNIS

Director - Total Event Solutions

Meryl brings extensive experience in events and hospitality. Her dedication has fostered a thriving reputation for delivering high-profile events. Leading a team of event specialists, Meryl combines gravitas, panache, and hands-on expertise to drive success for Total Event Solutions and the RTS leadership team.

DAN MARTIN

Events Manager

Dan is one of RTS’s longest-serving team members, with experience spanning all areas of the business. Known for his creativity, energy, and ambition, Dan is particularly skilled in the events sector. His expertise in managing high-profile events has been instrumental in shaping RTS’s events division, where he leads a dedicated team delivering some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious events.

ELIZABETH CLARVIS

Continuous Improvement Manager

Like many of our senior team Liz has been appointed from within the business. With extensive experience across compliance, training, and planning, Liz’s keen attention to detail and broad knowledge enable her to drive continuous improvement and innovation at every level.

JOHN BRADY

Compliance and SHEQ Manager

John brings over 30 years of unparalleled experience in Traffic Management, with more than half of that time dedicated to RTS. As a qualified Lantra and SQA registered instructor and assessor, he oversees our compliance and training programs, delivering Traffic Management and Health & Safety courses.

John holds ultimate responsibility for ensuring the quality of our training and service delivery, playing a key role in upholding RTS’s reputation for excellence.
